Terms of Service

ToddlerTales creates one-of-one personalized children's books from the answers and photo you provide. You confirm you have the right to share any photo you upload. You receive a permanent personal-use license to your book's story and artwork; we never resell or republish your child's likeness. Production typically begins within 12 hours and takes 3–5 business days before shipping (currently US only). Liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. Governed by Pennsylvania, USA law.
