Refunds & the Love-it Guarantee

Every ToddlerTales book is written and illustrated for one specific child — no two are the same.

The Love-it Guarantee: if your book arrives and you don't love it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll correct and reprint it free, or refund you in full — your call. No return shipping needed.

Damaged, lost, or misprinted: we reprint and reship immediately at no cost. Email a photo of any damage so we fix the right thing.

Changes/cancellations: within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund; after production begins, the Love-it Guarantee covers you.
